From bespoke private commissions and professional artwork to public art and community projects, Rice Design creates original work with purpose, character and meaning.
Explore a selection of our projects, showcasing the variety of our creative practice and the people, places and stories that inspire what we do.
Every commission is different. Every artwork tells a story.
Every stage of this project was driven independently by the children themselves:
-
Writing & Character Design: Original storylines, storyboards, and character sketches developed entirely through peer collaboration.
-
Set Building & Animation: Crafting physical sets from household materials and meticulously manipulating models frame-by-frame.
-
Filming & Audio: Managing camera angles, lighting, and recording voice acting and sound effects to bring the visual world to life.
Note: This project serves as a powerful testament to youth empowerment in the arts, proving that incredible stories can be told when young minds are given the tools and freedom to create without limits.
